Achieve Your Goals

Based on your profile, the coach at your gym assigns you a personalized training program tailored to help you reach your fitness objectives. Additionally, you will have access to a variety of training programs to select the one that best fits your needs.

Activity Program

The "uPulse" app allows you to access the contents of your activity program directly on your mobile device, enabling you to log the exercises completed during your gym sessions (duration, distance, sets and repetitions, weight, etc.).

Free Session

If you prefer to create your own workouts, you can initiate a free session and add exercises of your choice. You will also have the option to save your session in your favorites, integrating it into your activity program.

Stay Connected and Get Encouraged

You can share your current workout on Facebook and receive congratulations and encouragement from friends during your training.

Activity Tracking

From the comfort of your home, whether on a PC or Mac, you can monitor your activity and progress through your personal journal.

The application is accessible only to members of fitness clubs equipped with the uPulse service. To obtain your account, please visit your gym and request access to the service. An email containing your login credentials will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
